Organizational Narrative & Strategy
Every organization has two stories. Only one of them is true. Every organization has two stories. The ostensive story — the official one, the values on the wall, the brand promise, the "who we say we are." And the performative story — what people actually experience, how decisions really get made, what actually gets rewarded. When those two stories diverge, trust erodes. And they almost always diverge. This is the work of closing that gap — and carrying a coherent story into the world.
